Rooms are decent for the price, location is appropriate as you don’t have to walk to get to the hotel and an elevator is available too. What stood out to me however is that the service is great, the staff is polite and they are how they should be. Felt like they over delivered in terms of service. I’m glad that my mom and I checked out from the other hotel close by due to its pathetic service and no value for money whatsoever and checked in basis the cleanliness and the staff’s behaviour. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a budget to mid range hotels at Elliott Road close to the Regional Passport Office, New Market or Park Street.

Rooms were good. Good services has been made without any inconvenience. Staffs we're polite. And food has been given in right time. But Lift was small and Hotel front was not so good and roads were untidy. But overall is a nice place to stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and overall, it was just okay. Here’s my detailed review: Room: The room was small but had clean floors and a clean toilet, which was appreciated. However, being right by the roadside, it was extremely noisy. Till midnight, there was loud music from the bar next door, and in the morning, the sounds of traffic, vehicle horns, engines, and even dogs barking made it hard to relax. The walls and door offered little to no soundproofing, and we could hear people walking and talking in the corridor quite clearly. Hotel Design and Comfort: The hotel seemed crammed into a very small space. The lobby felt suffocating and tight, and the elevator was shockingly small—it barely fit me with two backpacks. The overall design made the stay feel quite constricted and uncomfortable. Staff and Service: The one bright spot in the experience was the staff. They were extremely helpful, polite, and attentive to our needs. Despite the limitations of the property, they made every effort to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Their efficiency and positive attitude were much appreciated, and it was clear they are committed to their work. Amenities: The pillows and bedding were just passable; they reminded me of Indian Railways’ linen. The hotel provided a complimentary water bottle at check-in, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was not included, though they did have an extensive room service menu. I didn’t try anything from it, so I can’t comment on the food. Location: If you are not bound by any stringent restrictions to stay in this area, I would strongly recommend avoiding it altogether. From my experience of walking through the entire area, the by-lanes are filthy, overly crowded, and extremely dirty. Walking on the streets is a frustrating experience—footpaths exist only in name but are mostly blocked by street shops, parked trucks, or other clutter. It’s not a pleasant environment, and I would not wish such living conditions on anyone. Unfortunately, this seems to reflect much of old Kolkata, but this area, in particular, is especially unappealing. Value for Money: Considering the price, it was better than other options in the vicinity, but unless absolutely necessary, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
